How do we make biodiesel from crude palm oil? Or palm oil is use to mix with diesel to become biodiesel? what is the mixture?

Virtually any vegetable oil or animal fat can be used in making Biodiesel.

Subsitute the waste vegetable oil, in this recipe , with your palm oil. You will probably find that when you get to the titration stage you will need less caustic soda. Other than that it should work well.

In France and other places in Europe people have being using rape oil in their diesel car for years....and it works!
