I need some good opinions here folks. Please star!

My dad is discouraging me to take this new job delivering mail for the post office. So now I need other people's opinions because i am confused.

I have a current job. I have medical/dental insurance on me and my family. I make about 5 dollars less an hour at my current job then I would at my new one. I am very burnt out of my previous job and fell like I will never move up. I applied and been ignored.
I now have an offer with the post office. It pays 5 dollars more an hour plus 30 dollars a day for wear and tear on your car. But untill you go permanent (approx 2or3 years) you dont have medical insurance.
Now i can get All Kids probably for my children. Me and my husband wouldn't have insurance if I changed. He can pick up insurance at his job but it's about 200 dollars extra a month than i pay at my current job.
My dad's points are these:
You have to have your own vehicle. You will have to replace brakes & other often.

I had someone spill fruit punch on my brand new tan pants. What do you think I should do to get it out, or is it a lost cause?

The rest of the world accepts it as fact (including religion to some extents), so why do North Americans (evangelicals to be exact) remain stuck on young earth creationism? I don't see any logic behind it and anything used to try to prove their claims has so many holes and repetitiveness.

Not a big issue, it was just something I'm curious about.

Doubt is what prevents anything from being possible?

Doubt could be in place to keep everything together?

Imagine what could happen if we really could believe anything with no Doubts at all?
Did the universal mind create doubt to keep everything stable?

Lol just thinking, so its ok if you don’t have a clue what i'm saying. Am interested in the answers I will get, if I get any at all. thankyou if you do decide to answer.

There is a lot of pain in the world and religion and law has been created to help explain the unexplainable and outline a system of justice for those who do wrong here and in the afterlife (if one exists). But people are not happy with the system of heaven and hell because of it's eternal aspect and the questions of why a loving God would send us to hell if he made us imperfect in the first place, among other criticisms. Even reincarnation and Karma could be percieved to have it's unfairness.

What would your system of the afterlife and eternal justice be like if you were to be in control of eveything? Please be very specific.

If men are better than women at everything intellectually, physically and spiritually then where is the threat? Thank you for the answers on this question, but I would also like your broader, objective viewpoint on the big picture, why do so many men try to stop women from proving themselves, like in sports, "Male" trades, and general society? Is it simply a matter of upbringing, being taught from an early age that their father is a better human being than their mother, or similar teachings? Where does it come from, because on paper oppression and aggressive competition doesn't work for the species as a whole. Encouraging each other makes for a much stronger species, not tearing it apart from the inside.

Be still and know
In deepest silence
A red wing-tip
The whiff of grass
The brush of wind
The breath of warming sun
Cold hardness of rock
The beating of my heart
Drop of honeysuckle sweetness
He reads my thoughts
And He- is God

Still, it is our policy to reduce flaring as much as possible, and we are very active in using gas for LNG or other purposes. But these projects depend on the economic viability, so if the volumes are too small there will be nobody willing to invest in the transformation because it will not be *commercial*
