Hey everyone, ive never done this so i am looking for a place to barrow money against my car title.. I live in Nebraska.. Any suggestions would help alot thanks..

Do not do it. There are better ways of taking care of financial situations. The interest alone on a loan like that will hurt. If you miss a payment, you could potentially be out of a car, and still owe them money depending on the terms. I would sugguest looking for part-time work or doing odd jobs to come up with extra funds. Call your debtors to talk about arrangements. People will work with you if you make them aware of your intentions.

Suggestion would be not do this. Check the interest rates involved and be prepared to lose the car if you miss a payment.
