my uncle was expired on april 9th 2007 . he has 2 daughters . he din't write a WILL . when we consult the Lawyer , he said , there is a share for his mother too who is alive . She got 2 more sons who are earning quite a good amount. But as per Law she still gets a share of my uncle's property.
My question is, whether there is any case reference , where there is no need to give any share to his mother , as she got 2 more sons who are earning quite a lot and can support her very well . My uncle's has also expired . his 2 daughters are still studying . I want the reference from Indian penal code.Plllllllllzzzzzzz

I often feel stereotyped and embarrassed because of some of the stupid things women do to men. I am just curious if men feel the same:
Do you feel you are unfairly stereotyped because of some of the predatory things that some guys do (rape, child molestation, using women, etc.)? Do you think that most
women distrust you or your intentions because of their experiences with bad guys? Does it bother you when other guys do predatory things because it affects how women view all men?

When I first started this experiment I though this is hopeless. So far you have not had the courage it takes to break away from what mom taught you. Do not bother argueing with that statement. This is what I am going to accomplish.
I have started a new virsion of religion. It is not completely different. Only the names have been changed.
God will be ME. It replaces I AM. Christ will be Abel. He replaces Jesus, Allah, Jehovah, Sinbad etc. The virgin has yet to be identified. The closest I have come is Madonna.
Everyone will take their beliefs and forget them.
I will appoint a third unidentified someone to be the "last word". Jesus blew it.
Then we go to court. Our collective defense will be; "We did not have a fair trial by jury". Therefore our conviction is unconstitutional.
I will motion the third party for a ruling. Then we sit and wait.
Don't do anything it will only stall our aquittal. We must get a stay.

My husband is from bangladesh and came to the uk in the year 2002. We are going to apply for his Naturalisation as a British Citizen, but only problem is that his existing passport (bangladesh passport) has expired in the year 2006 and we need to know, if this would have to be renewed or not before we could apply for his British Citizenship?

We look upon prayer as a means of getting things for ourselves; the Bible's idea of prayer is that we may get to know God himself.

God always answers prayer, but he doesn't always answer it in the way we expect or according to our time frame. I have found his answers generally fall into one of three responses: "Yes", "No", or "Wait".

I believe that we should pray for our children. We should pray that our children faith will grow toward God.

How essential is prayer to you?

Because of my jokes the last couple of days some of the women here have used the phrase Male Chauvinist Pig. So, I think a pig joke is in order.

The cityslicker, looking into the pen, asked the farmer,"Why does that pig only have three legs"?
"That is a great pig", replied the farmer. "Two weeks ago, our house caught on fire and my wife was overcome by smoke. The pig smelled the smoke and tore the gate off his pen and drug her to safety, saving her life"
The cityslicker agreed." That is a great pig. But, why does he only have three legs"
"That's right" the farmer answered. "He is a great pig. Last week I was fishing in the lake and fell in. With all my equipment I couldn't swim out. The pig heard me call and tore of the new pen gate, ran diown the the lake and pulled me out, saving my life"
Again the cityslicker agreed. "That is a great pig. But you still haven't told me why he only has three legs"
"A great pig like that. You don't expect me to eat him all at once, do you?

Well he's simplified things a bit at the least.

While there are a couple of SF enlistment oppurtunities... that doesn't mean you are going to be a member of any of the special forces UNTIL you complete primary training in a 'regular' MOS or job. THEN you get the CHANCE to try out for special forces training. The cut out rate is very high.

The only exception to this I believe is enlisting as a PJ or Parajumper in the Air Force. That MOS is considered special forces and you can enlist directly into it.

Otherwise, for the Army, Marines, or Navy - good luck. A LOT of people apply for SF training. Most don't make it.

However, he probably is still technically young enough. The age cut-off for most of the special forces is in the mid-thirties. But most of those people have been serving on active duty for a number of years before they apply and get accepted to try out.

*To be an Army Ranger - you CAN get the chance to apply for Ranger school written into your enlistment contract now. But again, you have to join the Army first, complete Basic Combat Training, your training in a regular MOS (job), pass an assessment course (very tough) and then make it through a very tough school. The cut-out rate again is still very high.

Can read about what the school is like here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ranger_scho...

The 110 score he was talking about was probably his composite GT score. A subset score of parts of the ASVAB. A score of 110 in that area is the minimum cut-off score for a lot of oppurtunities in the Army. For example to be considered for any officer commission or special forces in the Army - you have to score a 110 or higher in the General/Technical categories on the ASVAB.

Sorry to use so many acronyms.

By the way - since some Marine will eventually get on here and start bragging: The Marines don't even have anything all that special when it comes to special forces. Recon is about it and it is equivelant to an Army sniper. They are scouts. But they aren't even Airborne qualified. Not knocking what they do - just get tired of hearing MC people that have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to being in the SFs. Army (Rangers) and Navy (SEALs) are where it's at when it comes to traditional special forces. And Army is it when it comes to non-traditional commando style special forces (i.e. "Green Berets" and "Delta" forces).
