I believe that BRAIDS are WAY MORE MANAGABLE THAN ANYTHING!!! I can go anywhere with them, I can swim, walk in the rain and do anything with them and they don't mess up, Not to mention YOU DON'T HAVE TO COMB YOUR HAIR, you can get up, put on hair spray AND GO.

BTW
Let me add that BLACK WOMEN aren't the only ones that use hair straighteners, Latinos, Arabs and white people do as well.

My husband and I highly suspect that my mother in law has Asperger's syndrome. She was diagnosed with ADD as a child. She may really have ADD but she also shows several symptoms of AS too. Over the last 6 years I have observed her say and do many things that are socially rude, hurtful and judgmental. Because of this she has no close friends, strained friendships with myself, her coworkers and family members. She doesn't look at you when you are talking to her, she does HOURS of book and online research about specific topics, she gets very anxious when routines change, she doen't understand when people are losing intrest in what she is talking about. After she hurts/bothers/offends people she becomes very depressed and then the anxiety/depression cycle begins again. We love her and want to help her in any way we can but we don't know how to approach this subject with her. Any ideas would help. We don't want to embarrass or hurt her, we are just concerned! Thanks!

I just bought four packages of hot dogs on sale. Three are good, but the fourth one expired on the 20th. Today is the 27th. So besides the obvious - don't eat them, take them back - what are my rights as a consumer? What if I didn't happen to look at the dates and they made myself or my daughter very sick? Just curious.

I'm finding feeding her myself at the moment increasingly tiring as I also work from home. She is now 5months and eating 3 solid meals a day and just about going sleeping through the night. Would it be ok to replace her breastmilk feeds with goatsmilk at 6months? I don't really want to give her formula milk.

I mean I have to take your word for it that the Qur'an is a miracle - but to see the Shiites and the Sunnis and the Sufis and the Kharijites and the Kalamites etc. all disagreeing about the Qur'an's interpretation - it makes me doubt that it is miraculously clear even in Arabic!
