Yes it is a rip off of a Civil war Movie sound track and syntax which I would bet was the brainchild of an advertising agency working for Nike but the backlash is being taken out against the AB's which I would bet have no clue and isn't fair Nike and the Add agency should be getting the blame

Maybe there is a parallel, but you know movies rip of things too. Reading off "the dead" to music is not new and was probably happening long before the American Civil War.
