Thank you for your response. I do understand where you're coming from, and would have even agreed with you a few years ago. Nevertheless, I no longer believe that religion is subjective.
Now, so as to clear up a misunderstanding, I'll try to explain a little more clearly. First, I do not support the public educational model. Therefore, I believe public schools should be eliminated altogether.
I do not believe that your child should be forced to attend a Catholic school. In fact, according to Catholic teaching, the parent is the primary natural educator of his or her child. You shouldn't be forced to send your child to a formal educational establishment at all, if you choose not to. You may educate them yourself, if you like. Or, if one exists, you could send them to a school which teaches secularism.
