For almost my entire life, water has been the nastier to me than cough syrup. Don't know why, but the more i get older, it gets a tad bit better. Well now, I have long term gastritis, and my skin stays super dry...any ways of getting into the habit of drinking more water?

The following exerpt was copied and pasted from the Creation Museum website. I was slightly shocked to read this:

"The Creation Museum goes far beyond mere science. It doesn’t elevate man’s intellect by using science to “prove” Scripture. Instead, God’s Word is placed first and human reason is last."

i been married 27 years, was very in love at first, i noticed a red flag in that he was verbaly abusive, but i thought it would go away, and even now it has still been there, his abuse killed the love and passion i once felt for him, i now realize that i dont and never deserved that. except now i cant leave him, he is alot older, i feel responsible and that he needs me because he is older and has basic medical conditions, but i feel i want to be there for him when he needs me for his health. Yet, i feel very alone and lonely. Thank you for listening and for your input.

Ok, so I have been with my boyfriend for about a year and a half. We see each other on a everyday basis, we have a good sex life, and basically get along really well. We don't argue. He is 25, he works 2 jobs a day, the boy is determined. We don't live together but spend the night together 3 outa 7 nites. He says he loves me, but still hasn't said "i love u" it seems like now he has waited so long to say it, he thinks its too late. why is it that i cant get him to truely commit and to take an innititive to do something for me, plan a date for us, take a small trip. Why is it when a woman has needs that should be filled, men act as though they are dumb, or just simply do not make time for women??????

Pundit TV - O'Reilly, Hannity, Olbermann, et al. Have they formed our opinions for us? The danger I see is that TV is now too one-way; there is little to no consideration or input from the populace before they put their opinions on the air. Does anyone else find this troubling?

Do you just try not to think about it and hope for the best? Do you think God has a bad side? Do you simply assume the OT was written by men and the violent events never happened? If so, then why do you think the rest of the bible is accurate?

that started a week ago in my home. I have checked for any changes to my home and can't find anything. I don't experience this when I am out of my home. It's not my furnace or hot water heater. Could it be an allergy? Could it be mold? My husaband and son don't seem to smell it. Any ideas?

I'm not a big fan of corn, because of mycotoxin poisoning. But, I know many feed corn and have fed corn for years w/o problems. I know it will really fatten up a horse. But, I've also seen several horses in the local Amish community die from mycotoxin poisoning from corn. So...I know there are two sides.

Because of the drought in our area, farmers are baling cornstalks and others are making silage...so for all of these people who have yet to buy hay, is corn silage a (relatively) safe option? Are the roundbales of cornstalks the same as silage? I've looked for resources and have come up short.

If you want the quick 2 points, please feel free to give me the "OMG no never" or the "Me & Paw fed corn for over 50 years" but what I really want are good research sites to question the vet about. Poor hay beats eating snowballs, but poisoning is another matter entirely.

There are going to be a lot of hungry horses around me this winter and it's a question of balancing risk.
