that started a week ago in my home. I have checked for any changes to my home and can't find anything. I don't experience this when I am out of my home. It's not my furnace or hot water heater. Could it be an allergy? Could it be mold? My husaband and son don't seem to smell it. Any ideas?

Are you sure it's not the furnace? Depending on where you live, it's about the start of the heating season. Dust that's been in place for months is starting to get heated by the furnace now, and it could be causing the smell.

Did the odor appear when the furnace came on?

we've this comparable dryer, the lint catcher is often empty however the air tube is often finished. I have not any concept how the lint bypasses the filters. i'm questioning approximately turning it over and checking it out from the backside.
