ok there is my high school an im real popular but 2 girls hate me and i didnt care untill they started making lies about me and evrytime i tell authority they said they need physical proof wat do i do they dont belevie me and they keep messing up my stuff and spreading rumors i am going to lose control

try ad con them into writing something to you tell them if they do then you will listen or something like that then you will have proof. take care.

YOU NEED TO GO TO THE OFFICE
and tell them your being bullied
tell your parnets, tell your teachers, TELL TELL TELL.... it is the kewl thing to do.
IF you allow this to carry on .... they will move it to the next step and it will not be good.
do not stoop to their level.... do what is right and make the office and parents do what is right.
Call the help line in your area...... they will help you get the adults to listen.

Ignore them. The reason they keep spreading lies is that you keep reacting to it. If you stop reacting, they'll stop with the lies.

tell them firmly to stop it, and if they won't, ignore it,
if people come to you and ask about it, tell them the truth.
if you have a good reputation, not many people will believe the rumors
