I am a stay at home mom that has no time for the gym. I need to loose 10 pounds to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I need to get my legs, thighs, and butt toned and firm. What are some around the house exersise's I can do to achieve this goal. Also what is a realastic time frameI should set for myself.

you can do wall squats just in a sitting position...against the wall and that works your butt and thighs...

cleaning house can burn up to 200 calories each hour. go to the library and borrow a tape or dvd of exercises to do in your living room or bedroom. just going for a 30 minute walk will help you lose weight. put the baby in a stroller and get some fresh air.
