I don't understand why your female friend would ask you the most dumbest question! Why is she so concerned about what your penis looks like? Tell your female friend to mind her own business! This may sound very rude to say, but keep in mind, that your female friend doesn't have a penis!

Maybe you should first find out why she wants the description. It can be a number of innocent reasons or it could be something serious and psychological. If you are a good friend I would find out why first.
