For me it is an ongoing memory that started on January 11 1986. She walked into the mess hall a little confused and tired from a long flight from Korea. She had her overseas ribbon on wrong and I saw it as my opportunity to talk to her. I did and on July 8 1991. My first son was born, and the memory keeps getting better. I have been living a great life since then and even have two more children, another son and a daughter. Every moment of every day spent with them is my favorite moment.

i would say that my favorite memories so far in my life...would be the summer of when i was 23. It was an absolutely fabulous, fun filled relaxing summer. I was fired from a job i hated...but they gave me 3 months severance plus i had a whole bunch of savings (stocks and bonds). I cashed some of those babies in and totally just relaxed and did nothing all summer. it was great b/c i've been working since i was 16 and moved out of my house when i was 18. Never really had a vacation before...or took an extended amount of time off. I really needed it...i was starting to get burnt out. lol It was great not doing anything for a bit besides lay at the pool and club it downtown Chicago at night.

Me and my cousin are very close to each other and now we are like 1000 miles apart but before I moved I went to her house and we (as in me and some of her neighborhood friends) went through the woods and found a farm where we could just run across the grass forever...It was so peaceful and that was my best memory ever as for the worst ones...I could go on forever....

Trying to rebuild my life and find where I belonged wasn't easy. Starting from scratch, not having any friends in a new city. I started volunteering in as many different places as I could. I ended up working with kids and in that, met an angel. She became the best part of my life and now, I'm spending the rest of it with her.

My favorite memory was when my children were born that was the greatest joy in my life. I will never forget when they placed them in my arms for the first time and it is not one memory but three separate memories. Ones I will never forget till the day that i die.

There are so many memories. One good one is my high school days. One bad one is when my youngest sister passed away.

They way my grandmother used to always make us breakfast on Saturday mornings when I was a kid. Then for lunch we would eat peanut butter with a big spoon, right out of the jar...
