There are supposedly forms you can complete that enable you to apply more to the principal (less to the interest) without exceeding your normal monthly payment. I called my mortgage company; they said there are no such forms and that the principal and interest are amortized throughout the 30 years of the loan... That the amoritization schedule could not be altered... That you could only reduce your principal by paying more than your monthly payment (and indicating that the extra should be applied to principal). If that's so, how could the system possibly work? They (John Cummuta) told me I could pay off my 30 year loan (27 left) in 7 years.

Time dimension properties
Trying to imagine that there’s a dimension which is elastic & moving with velocity but it changes according to your velocity (but its velocity changes according to your velocity but very high velocity otherwise it can be neglected) imagine that balloon which is moving velocity taking it’s shape of your moving with as your moving through it & it can be rewind again to take all the shapes u made as an evidence for what u did, this is my opinion for time as a body,(EX: try to get any elastic thing & try to move your finger through it then start to return back again u will notice that the elastic body will take all the shapes u did )
But the question is why if you are standing beside a rock for 100 year you will die while rock won’t effect (neglecting external effect like pressure & temperature)?
May be because we r such complicated machine with some chemical reaction which destroy it self by it self
I think that time is only an evidence for what we did & its end is rewinding again like an elastic uncut able balloon to regain again to its beginning point, like an elastic point u start to stretch it from all direction till it became unable to be bigger so it start to regain its original shape a point & all things happened can be regain again, that’s my opinion about time as a body dimension but what if it’s an energy?, I think if time dimension is an unknown energy when its energy lost it starts to regain its shape again but may be faster or slower or same speed ,but its speed is too high as u need huge speed to feel the time changes in your frame relative to other ,but does time dimension has a relation with mass ??
Still no answer for that

Like on Karate Kid 2, when Sato tells his nephew "You are dead to me"...like that?

Or maybe there's this one guy who LOVES to party and smoke cigarettes, so he pretends not to believe, AND comes on Y!A to tell people so, just because he doesn't want to be held accountable. Ya think?

I've been playing a lot of free rolls lately on FT because I'm trying to mimic Chris Ferguson and build up a decent bankroll from nothing. I play my normal game for the normal stakes (single table s'n'g's) to make my poker income, but the bankroll from nothing has me intrigued. The problem is that I can't seem to make it to the money. I know only 1% get paid, but I've cashed out of hundreds of tournaments, you'd think I'd make it that far at least once. The thing I've noticed is that people will play ANY two cards. I flopped top set last night, my opponent went all in on the turn, and I had the second nuts. You'd need 46 to beat me with a straight, no flush draw, and of course what does my opponent turn up? 46, and he called a pre-flop raise with it! I'm not crying, sooner or later I'll make it happen. But does anyone else notice that free rolls are almost a different game? They seem to be all about luck. Your thoughts?

the vet said it is a cross between a lab and pit bull. It is only about 10 weeks old and it looks more and more like a pit. It is the sweetest dog and my nephew is doing a great job with training and socializing the puppy. I am so afraid with all the news about pit bulls turning bad that this dog has the potential to be like some of the pitbulls you here about on the news. His youngest brother is 14, so no little ones in house. Would you keep this dog or be on the safe side? He is a very nice dog.
