You betcha. I also believe that one person should be appointed for life to determine what everyone else should eat and do. Or possibly we should all be put to work at a home computer and be locked in. They could give us food pellets that are non fat, non meat, non sugar, non calories and non taste.
They could send someone in everyday to inspect our fecal material to make sure we hadn't violated a "law".
Get real. People do what people do. You will never stop everything bad in the world and to have that type of thinking means you were raised very protected or just simply are idealistic and not practical.
I can make my own beer and wine and probably could make my own tobacco or at least smoke corn silk or horse weeds as I did as a kid. When you become king of the world, make all the rules you want. ( just don't expect anyone to follow them)

mutually as I disagree with you that they must be unlawful, i think of the reason they don't seem to be is especially undemanding. sufficient all people is of a like recommendations that I do think of that this manner of regulation may be in many circumstances going on, yet, we don't paintings on undemanding majority. Rights aside (not that they are unimportant, yet i don't think of we GET to them yet), the Alcohol and Tobacco lobby are too vast and too effectual. circulate to a Southern state the place tobacco remains a money crop. VA merely handed the main strict tobacco state anti-smoking ban, and that they did not even ban it. it is vast money for human beings in those states, and it is plenty necessary jobs for some already very very adverse areas. an identical is going for alchol, if not extra so. there are a number of agencies that make loads of money from making it. Then there are a number of agencies that make loads of money from promoting it. This creates assorted jobs and assorted sturdy for the financial device. interior the tip, some great reward of the two, exceedingly alcohol, shop them from being banned. Their use is proscribed, yet to out and out ban them may be a brilliant loss usually.

No it's not going to make people stop drinking and smoking. At least it wouldn't deter me for sure. They would just find other ways to get it. Then they have to think about illegal drinking and smoking and all that. How stupid could one state be?
