Depends on the glass and where there water came from. There's bound to be cross contamination from the delivery of the water and how it may have been process (tap water is purified with chemicals to include chlorine and floride) but most certainly the most abundant chemical compound will be H2O.

to find this out, you would have to take a sample of the water which you plan to use, and have it chemically analaized. Water varies tremendously in different parts of the country. Iron content, and minerals would be the major factors
