A financial advisor told me that over a 30 year mortgage of $200,000 at 6.25%, my tax deductions on the 30 years of interest will be better than paying the mortgage off early in 15 years. Any truth to this?

What could be happening to them? They seem to fit fine (I buy the safe-cat collars) and I don't think they could slip over his head easily. He is outside about half of the day and the rest of the time, he stays inside or lays on the porch (we live in a cul-de-sac with little traffic and a nice woodland behind the house) Do you think my neighbors could have something to do with it?

Ok so I am 30 weeks pregnant and I have only had one ultrasound is this normal? I haven’t had any complications during this pregnancy and all my visits I have gotten good reports the only ultrasound I had was around 20 weeks to determine the sex, will there be any more? I would think they would take measurements or something the closer I get to my due date. Right?

I have a term paper that requires me to observe and comment on the way businesses empower and encourage their employees and the business' managerial structure. My mom has a 2001 honda crv that got hit on the drivers side which caused damage to the hood, bumper and something in the wheel that makes a the suv unable to go beyond 5 mph. No broken windows, no damage to tire or wheel, no damgage that the eye can see where you would think the car is broken.

The hood is bent in slightly and the hinge is broken where the hood is attached to the body. No leakages of any kind and the rest of the suv looks brand new. What causes the honda to stop operating?

let's do it! - let's heap the consequences upon those guilty of supplying arms and support to terrorists!

First of all if you say yes or maybe, then the founding fathers had the 1st Amendment wrong.

In my opinion, a yes or maybe answer simply takes the heat off of the people that commit the crimes such as assult, or murder in response to such speech.

People don't realize that when you start saying stuff like "some people are simply not capable of restraining themselves, and so the 'speaker' must be punished when provoking violence with his speech," it just dumps all over The US Constitution and is beginning to limit it, and to what end?

I've done the counting and stats on this...out of 100 posts, 92 (that I've counted) have been arguments for/against Christianity? Why do you think Christianity is the most talked about subject on this forum and not some other religion? We could just as easily argue the beliefs for or against some other religion...why choose to argue about Christianity?

I am looking for a dog trainer who can help me better understand my two ADULT pitbull mix dogs. I am a VERY responsible pitbull owner, and would like to learn about them more as I grow with the trainer. I have had one of them for over a year. He is is three. I have had the other since May 2007. She is almost two. I adopted BOTH of them from the Humane Society. I am trying to master the walk and teach them basic obediance. Also, I would love for them to learn manners around other dogs. BOTH ARE NEUTERED/SPAYED.
The female is a lot more difficult to walk. The male does VERY well with the gentle lead.
