There are two crocodiles wandering around the swamp in Australia, when one says to the other, "George we are the same age and live in the same place, why are you twice the size of me?"
"Well Harry, what do you eat?"
"The same as you." replies Harry, "Stray Aussies."
"But what do you do when you catch one?" Asks George.
"Well," Begins Harry, "I roll around beating the sh*t out of them, then I eat them".
"There's your problem then, when you remove the sh*t from an Aussie all your left with is an ar*ehole in a hat!"

Well either that or they just don't care and want what they want........ I regret that night of drunkenness and it was only *one night*. [we've all made drunken mistakes]. But how do I stop them kissing me [and slipping their hands]? I like them all and I need their support to a large degree and so I guess that I have to just shut up and put up But this can't go on. So, what to do?..... People have said: 'tell the University' but the students would ostracise me.

They're all girls and I'm a boy. So as you understand the dynamics. They're all nice, just a little too friendly. And the one last night told me she has felt this way for a long time.

Your Grace is Overwhelming
August 27, 2006

Your grace is overwhelming
It brings me to my knees
I bow my head and cry to God
Lord forgive me please.

I have not listened to Your Word
I’ve lived my life my way
I’ve surrounded myself with sinful things
I give them up today

My life has been so full of hurt
Abuse, foul words, and pain
Can You ever forgive me?
Or my very life will you disdain?

How could you forgive such sinful things?
Could this grace I hear about be true?
Jesus did die on the cross
A way for me to You

I knew that you were real my Lord
I was taught of you in church
But my life it got so out of hand
Oh nothing stopped the hurts

I turned to drugs and love of man
To calm the pain of past
But with each new choice I made
I seemed to sink so fast

Deeper in this life of sin
Further from your way
Only when all else had failed
I’d bow my head to pray

But now I seek your face my Lord
I’ve repented for my sins
I now live my life for You
And now my life begins

I hung my head in shame so long
How could you forgive it all?
All the sinful things I’ve done
My Jesus took them all

For I am now forgiven
I’m growing in Your Word
I long to take each breath for You
My gracious Father I now serve

I will share the Grace of God
With everyone I meet
I will tell of His great love
To people on the streets

Your grace is overwhelming
It brings me to my knees
As the tears stream down my face
You’ve given me true peace

Psalm 103:8-13
8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious; slow to anger, abounding in love. 9 He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; 10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth. So great is his love for those who fear Him; 12 as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. 13 As a father has compassion on
His children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him

Here in Anchorage our city assembly enacted a smoking ban in PRIVATELY OWNED drinking establishments. I realize this is a trend in many places these days but I do not agree with it. As for non-smokers there are plenty of establishments who voluntarily run smoke free already in existence. As for the radio ad campaign the Alaska Tobacco Control Alliance ran (playing up empoyee issues regarding second-hand smoke) people who work in bars do so of their own free will to begin with- it's not like they had to sign a contract to work there for X number of years or whatever. I hope this recently enacted law gets broken all over the place once winter sets in up here- it would serve our assemblymen right~

I'm going to have blood taken to confirm or deny pregnancy because I have been so sick today at 4:30. The phone nurse said that it could take a day or two before the results are in, unless they send me to the hospital to get a stat blood test. Why does it take so long?

Joe and Wanda had a small apartment in the city and they decided that the only way to pull off a Sunday afternoon quickie with their ten-year-old son in the apartment was to send him out on the balcony and order him to report on all the neighbourhood activities.
To a young boy, they thought, spying would be a lot of fun and would distract him for an hour or so.
The boy began his commentary as his parents put their plan into operation.
"There`s a car being towed from the parking lot," he said.
"An ambulance just drove by."
A few moments passed.
"Looks like the Andersons have company," he called out.
"Matt`s riding a new bike and the Coopers are making whoopie."
Mom and Dad shot up in bed. "How do you know that?" the startled father asked.
"Their kid is standing out on the balcony too," his son replied.

In the 90's a wrench was thrown into the Presidential Elections by Ross Perot, and in the ots, by Ralph Nader. Were there instant run-off elections in these cases, we could have been assured in who the President should have been. There is nothing that I can find unconsitutional about instant run-off elections in this our non-parlimentary democratic republic, so why don't we have them?

Christian reaction: It's a sign from god. No further study is required.

The Old is full of blood guts and damnation. What I would want a God to be. Also full of unbelieveable things. i.e, If the great flood happened. Where did all the rain come from, and where is it now?
The New. Is full of some truly great ideas and some wonderful concepts. I do not deny that. But is a little contradictory and a little Holier than thou.
Jesus had a good idea.
Why not leave it at that?
What is your opinion?

I never really knew much about capitalism. But then saw an advertisement for an adulterous website. Basically, a site, that's dedicated to helping and encouraging people to have affiars. While the people running these sites profit of this. And make good money.

Is that not capitalism? I mean that's kind of horrible. And there's a lot of these kinds of site out there. So now after seeing that, I don't know what to think about the whole ideal of capitalism.

Give me your opinion on the subject. Please.

I just got out of a very commited relationship with someone that broke my heart. It's been 3 months, and I'm still grieving. We were suppose to get married last Saturday, but I broke things off with him because he wasn't supportive during a family trauma. I am finding it hard to trust in another person that asked to be with me. I met him shortly before I broke it off with my ex during the time my family went through trauma, and he was there for us. We have a lot in common, which I find really surprising, but I don't feel any romantic interest for him and he's already said that he's in love with me and sees a future with me. I appreciate he's been there for me and my family so I've already said I am interested. But I think I spoke too soon. I'm scared because I've had my trust shattered. But I also feel like I have a responsibility to be with him, and I know that's not a healthy relationship. How do I break things off with him? I don't want to tell him I've had suicidal thoughs.
