My reaction: Interesting story. Let's wait a bit and give the experts a chance to study it before we start making any conclusions.

Christian reaction: It's a sign from god. No further study is required.

Yeah. I don't get why anyone would simply 'believe' it is something or other. I can't live my life by supposition and hearsay.

Q: Does the reaction to this meteorite story illustrate the difference between us & them?
A: Probably it just illustrates the 2012 folk are spread too thin to cover the story.

Oh, come on, how can you say it's a Christian reaction? All Christians are not ignoring science facts and calling everything signs of God. Of course further study is needed!

It'll be interesting to see what's causing the sickness. This might be a bigger problem for all of us than we suspect.

Edit: To answer your question, yeah, the person that asked about it earlier had me blocked! They asked a question about if we think it's a sign from god and didn't want to hear from people that would disagree. Brilliant way to go through life.

I am a Christian and I would certainly like to find
out anything else about it. The Bible says to test things
and to not believe in mere superstition!
You are generalizing religion way too much and
don't understand what it is really about!

I think that , if people are getting sick because of the meteor itself, that is indicative of something very intriguing (perhaps the meteor contains extraterrestial bacteria...or uranium...or something...).

Silly. What makes you think that is the "Christian reaction" (whatever that is). I wish people would begin to realize, when you broadly generalize, you invalidate your whole question.
