The other owner is offering Jamal Lewis RB and Deion Branch WR for my Joey Galloway WR and Cadillac Williams RB. Is this a good trade for me? I think Lewis will outperform the oft injured Williams... but Galloway is a far better receiver than Branch imo!

I feel like im dying inside slowly im always sad and depressed i dont seem to enjoy anything anymore i try to mask my emotions but its getting so bad i cant do it anymore its eating at me slowly i cant even cry anymore,im starting to isolate myself from my family,friends and girlfriend i feel lost i feel like my life cant get any better just worse i cant sleep at night if i do fall a sleep i usually get up after awhile ive been like this for more then a year but its getting worse day by day I function normally through the day not getting enough sleep is not bothering my job or daily activites but i just want to know if feeling like this is normal and does anybody else suffer from this and my ex said im bipolar a few days ago i think she might be right

Mine are almost like alarm clocks....4am. They have a built in timer on them. They want out at 4 and 7am. At night it's before and after dinner and twice before bed. During the days, when I am home we go to the park at 11am and then for a walk at 2-3pm. If I am gone, my daughter takes care of them.

because i got mad about something and left the house for 1 hour. He was mad ,that i left the kids alone,they are big , the yongest is 8 oldest 15.He screamed and scold me so hard, in front of them, that i was so embarressed.I told him not in front of the kids, he said i told i was going to do it, if u did something wrong.
