While many people will swear by certain creams or lotions, the truth is there is not much you can do about stretch marks, you'll either get them or you won't. Well, eventually they do fade after you have the baby, becoming silver lines. Out of personal experience don't scratch them, if you do they will "pop" open even more and burn like the devil.

Unfortunately, stretch marks are genetic so if you're destined to get them, you will. However, you can minimize the amount and appearance of them by making sure that your skin is well, well hydrated. Lotion (and it doesn't have to be one of those super expensive stretch mark lotions) twice a day on your belly will keep it well hydrated which will help the skin stretch more easily.
Once you have the stretch marks, there is no way to get rid of them (unless you have a tummy tuck and they cut the skin out, ewwww). Vitamin E oil is said to work and so is Alpha Hydroxy Acid (but don't use that while you're pregnant). There are also clinics offering laser therapy which reduce the appearance of old marks to almost nothing.
Don't stress over them too much, after having a baby, they're kind of like badges of honour! Good Luck!

Once you have stretch marks there is no way, short of plastic surgery to get rid of them. Using cocoa butter lotion, or vitamin E oil will help reduce the redness and fade them to your natural skin color, though.

Getting rid of stretch marks is rather a difficult task. The most effective way to handle this problem is to follow a proper care routine that prevents their occurrence. Check out http://useinfo-stretchmarks.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

No getting RID of them, you may be able to decrease their appearance with lotions and emulsions. But it is just your chemical make-up and genetics which determines whether you have stretchmarks or not and how severe they are going to be.

If you already have them theres no way to get rid of them. You can buy lotion at baby store, and maternity cloths stores.
