why was the autozone ran by blacks trashed out compared to the one ran by whites?

i had to get an auto part for my car i first went to the one in a black part of town which of course was ran by blacks, this place was filthy the shelves were not stocked properly and the floors looked like they havent been mopped in years, they told me the part was available at the other autozone this store was ran by whites and was virtually spotless and fully stocked, im not one of these trolls just an oberservation

stores in the black community usually have the worst managers

having some retail background (corporate and store work when i was at university, and overseas), i know this for a fact

also, they don't tend to put the nicer stock (whether clothes, tools, dry goods, or auto parts) in those parts of towns

people in our various communities have complained about it for years

i remember being a child and the mall near my home (a black addition of well off people) was clean and neat, but the newest items weren't in stock

you could go to the same stores in the Northern part of town and find better quality stuff

one store in our community mall, Dillard's, responded and put nicer things in, but the others did not

the J C Penney in the Northern section of town (where the wealthy lived who happened to be white) looked like a Sanger Harris or a Dillard's or Beall's, while our looked like J C Penney, in terms of display and items stocked

the problem these days is that unlike when i was growing up in the 80s, black people have pretty much given up on retailers ability to meet their needs

we don't demand better managers of the stores in our areas
who will keep the stores clean, have good employees, and good service

we don't demand that retailers stock good items in the areas in our stores

the retailers have their own "reasons" for doing these things: they can't find "quality" managers to work in stores in those "areas", they can't "risk" putting better stock in, blah blah blah

i know retail from the inside out, including insurance values and while they are hard hit due to falling sales (natural in such a poor economy as we are having these days) most of it is BS

this is just more of the psychology of oppression that our people have had for years, but has worsened in the last 15

people just give up and don't ask for what everyone else in the world gets

There's an Autozone run by Blacks not far from where I work and it's in great shape. Shelves are always stocked properly and the floors are clean...at least enough for an Autozone anyway. I don't know why the Autozone in YOUR area is trashed.

Man reasons:
Any place in/ if in a poor part of town means a lower class of people, that usually are trying just to survive, & not to be neat/clan.

2) Upbringing: such people have, often, no/little manners! Their Parents are IDIOTS!

3)Crime. people entering the store in high crime areas do what the f___ they want (more people, incl. employees, need to get involved/ report them to police!!)

4) Autozone upper management doesn't train employees well (i went to an Autozone, in a medium good area, & an employeee took someone else ahead of me, when it was MY turn. When I waited 20 minutes to complain to a manager, he didn't even apoogize,..just said he'd 'talk to her'.
But I continued the complaint to area super, & got a $20.00 gift card!)

what neighboorhood is it in, if it's in the ghetto, what do you expect, everything is going to be trashed there. The white one is probably in a part of town that has been getting all of the maintanance money from the gov. to up keep it.

I live in kentucky, and I'll tell you right now, if you go to a poor white town here, everything is going to be trashed because the gov. neglects them.

I live around detroit, and the auto parts stores in DA HOOD are usually as nice as others in the suburbs
