You need to go the doctors. Call your psychiatrist. If they fail to respond call NHS Direct on: 0845 46 47. Call out the GP if no one will take you serious, they may then get you the help you may need from the psychiatrist. They may feel it necessary to have you admitted to hospital.

medicine, medicine, medicine!!! Did you end taking the medicine, and due to this you had a breakdown? If no then i apologise yet you have been on the incorrect stuff! i understand human beings say "if purely they permit me cope that little bit longer i does not be caught in this medicine". yet once you're given the prospect to stay a lifelike frequent existence. i've got no longer being clinically determined with a bipolar illness yet when I had some episodes it replaced into very comparable when I even have talked to bipolar important 0.5 sufferes. this is an in-sane international, now it extremely is a be conscious if ever there replaced into one. This is hard to answer without knowing your meds. Make sure they include a true mood stabilizer such as lithium and be cautious about taking anti-depressants as most are ineffective for bipolar depression and may trigger more mania. Try doing a couple of days of mood charting (see link below) to get a feel for how your meds, sleeping, eating and any triggers or stressors in your life may be interacting, AND SEE A DOC - sounds like getting a refrral for some talk therapy may give you some real support at this stage, Hang in there - it will get better!

If the problem was a "true" breakdown. I recommend going to the hospital emergency room. There is numerous medications that help. I take Seroquel and Cymbalta. I recommend seeking help. I went thru the same problem. It changed when I was in the hopsital. If your uninsured your hospital may have a charity care program. I am fortunate my health plan pays 100% for everything after I pay $50.

I am so sorry, I know this is a tough time for you. Are you under the care of a psychaitrist? If not you need to get to one to get you stable again. You will need an anti-depressant in combination with a mood stabilizer. Do you have a support system? Is there someone who can care for you during this time? This person can assist you in making sure you stick to a schedule of taking your meds on time and helping you make it through the day. If you have no one, you may want to consider being in a facility that can care for you until you get back on your feet. With the proper care you can resume your life again. Hang in there!

If you haven't got a CPN, then ask your Dr to refer you to a support group for people with Bipolar. Good luck

Have you managed to get a CPN yet? (I remember your last question)
Go and see your GP, demand (nicely) that notice is taken of what you're asking for.
Have you got someone to support you in this?
Have you a local 'drop in centre'?
Hope you get something sorted soon.
