I recently moved back to the town I grew up in. When I was growing up, there was a guy who was always bugging me and asking me out, even though I wasn't interested. This guy recently discovered I'm back and is now coming around where I work (I have a part-time job at a convenience store alongside my regular job). He tries to flirt and asks me to hang out. He's even asked me for my cell phone number. (Subsequent question: What's a polite way to NOT give him my number?) Anyway, how do I let him know I'm not interested?

He's a jerk and got all butt hurt because I went on 2 dates with some guy. He's a jealous ***!

So I had his cell phone turned off.

He responded by deleting me from his MySpace and leaving mean messages on my work phone.

I can't believe that I spent 4 years of my life with this guy...and I can't believe that I still let him hurt my feelings. I can't believe I'm posting a real question...please forgive me, it has to do with emotional state.

My mom loves a Swarovski ring with baguete cut crystals but I wanted to know first if it will change colors, or if cant get under water, etc?
She would wear it all the time so it has to be a nice durable ring.

My mom had her cat since her and my dad got married. Lacey(cat) died about two years ago. She was about 22 years old. My mom wants a new cat but we have 2 Australian Shepherds a male and a female brother and sister. Last time I brought a cat home our male dog tried to bite him. When we had Lacey she could hold her own ground and give the dogs a run for their money. I would really want a cat. Should i just give a cat another try and if i do is there anyway I can get my dogs to not try to kill the cat.

My wife and I recently got a new puppy (5 weeks old yellow lab), now the puppy is 8 weeks old and has really become accustomed to her environment. My wife is really bearing the brunt of this dog. My wife only works 3 days a week, so she is home the rest of the time; just her and the puppy. The puppy is starting to jump up on the sofa, grab things off of the coffee table, bite my feet, still not house trained...etc, so she obviously has to be watched constantly!
I know all these things will get better with time, but how do I keep my wife from wanting to get rid of the puppy in the mean time? We are crate training the dog, but I don't know if its ok to leave the dog in the crate when my wife is home, only to come out play a little bit every hour, and then go back in until I get home, when there will be two of there to watch her. Also, until we move in a few months, we don't have much of a yard.
