My mom loves a Swarovski ring with baguete cut crystals but I wanted to know first if it will change colors, or if cant get under water, etc?
She would wear it all the time so it has to be a nice durable ring.

Its fine to clean Rhodium with any kind of jewelry cleaner. I would clean the Rhodium part with the cleaner and be very gentle with the Swarovski crystals. Rhodium does not turn but it may get a little dirty. I work in a store that sells costume jewelry. We just clean them with that purple stuff you can buy at the mall.

Those types of jewelry are supposed to be worn with great care. They were not designed for daily use . Wear them for parties and special occasions where you are not supposed to dunk your hands washing the dishes later.
If you wanted one for wearing all the time, get her a white or yellow gold ring with real diamonds all around like an eternity ring.
However, if your mom really wants the ring, you might as well get her the one she wants. She will get disapointed if she doesnt get one !.
