Doesn't that make the lack of progress, numbers of deaths and intense feelings by Iraqi people against the USA occupiers even more pathetic?

2007-09-18 05:22:54 · 12 answers · asked by Anonymous in Politics & Government Military

No less than Yahoo and the New York Times reported today that there are nearly as many (129,000) mercenary troops in support as formal enlisted troops for the USA. One such drunk troop killed a guard for the VP of Iraq, then was whisked back the USA to avoid prosecution. Now we learn that Blackwater killed 8 Iraqis in one fell swoop. Iraq is the wild west for NOW.

I don't know the numbers, but I am sure that they probably get paid twice as much as a US soldier.

blackwater has about 1,000 security people in iraq. some are for visiting officials. your comment is ignorant. you degrade our people for what, to appeal to the far left blog buddies when if you took the time to learn from credible sources you would know the answer. most of these people protect civilian contractors trying to build schools, water systems, power grids and such. your question as an accusation is pathetic.

hmm, no dog in this fight huh? Nothing like loading your "question" as a statement. Seems like alot of Iraqis like us more than your "freedom fighters" too. Judging by what I've heard from people over there, a helluva lot more of them support us over your friends. Seems like we are progressing in killing/capturing more and more of those pedophiles terrorists too.

The answer to your actual question tho is the US forces there are using alot of civilian contractees there to do security/logistical work. Haven't heard there are more than uniformed personnel tho.

Many have been killed the two promptly (gunfire, bombing) or no longer promptly (their mom and dad died so as that they did, loss of foodstuff sources and earnings, etc.), yet i might say very few have been raped. Very very few. i does no longer say no infantrymen are pedophiles, considering that is a psychological disease that looks for the time of maximum demographics, yet i might say maximum have the learning to "retrain" themselves throughout wrestle. some do no longer, that is why I say very few. needless to say infantrymen are not working around raping and murdering infants.

There are private security forces yes. There are a lot of corporations being targeted by the insurgents so of course they need to hire security.

They're security guards, they're only supposed to shoot back when they're attacked.

No, there isn't.

There are a few, but they are very few, and they are being removed as we speak.
