I heard that you can get words tattoed on you for $25 dollars somewhere in chicago. Does anyone know where that place is? One that has a safe and sterile enviroment that can tat a couple words on my arm for cheap?

Finding a professional tattooist to do a tattoo for 25 dollars is unheard of. Prehaps, you were just looking to get your name or something basic anything more would cost. However, I would suggest a tattoo party or someone who does them out of there home. Although it's unsafe it's cheaper. There are risk when you decide to take this route, so do your research or consider raising your budget.

Why stop at $25? Why not look for a place that does it for $5? Hell, I bet there's kids who'll do it for free... Look for a reputable estiblishment with a history of quality and satisfied customers... don't try to save a couple of dollars on something that's going to make you look like a retard for the rest of your life.

Look for a black conversion van on the corner of 21st and Lakeshore - near the omni. Good work, but you cannot pick the tattoo or the location.
I think you can get it done for 20 bucks if you have a coupon from your local bail bond agent.

A tattoo is something that you really don't want to bargain hunt on. I'd save up and spend more at a reputable place.
