Become the OBSERVER of your thoughts and feelings rather than overly identifying with them as you are now doing. They are embedded defensive patterns. Trace each one to its cause/origin in experience and reframe it if necessary.
Reality mirrors the contents of consciousness even when it is chaotic 'static.' That should be incentive enough to start mastering your conditioned ego's chaotic thoughts and internal reactions - thus mastering your experience of reality.

If this ever happens again, pick up the phone book, and call a hot line and talk to someone on it.
I think part of your problem is you have unrealistic wants.
There is NO ONE who is "Mr. Happy" all the time.
Why you'd want to be popular I have no idea. There's nothing at all fun about being popular.
Having a couple good friends is a much better goal to have. Do you have any friends?
About the other stuff: you're a teenager, and having weird feelings all the time is part of the definition of teenager.
You will not be a teenager forever, in a few years, in fact, you'll be out of that age, and on to being a grown up.
You'll never be Mr. tap dancing down the street, every one else loves you to death. No one has ever been that person. That person is impossible for anyone to ever be.
So how about thinking about something more reasonable?
You can be a basically happy person without being That Guy you're picturing in your head. Trust me, if he existed, no one would really like him; he wouldn't even like himself, the vapid twit.

Sorry to hear that. Don't know anything about you so I will just tell you what did it for me.
First I had to realize if I killed myself then I would be murdering my mothers daughter, my neice's auntie, my best friend's best friend. Killing yourself is still murder. Might not seem like you are very important, but there is going to be someone missing you. It might just be the grocery clerk who you say "hi" so friendly to, but there is someone.
Second, and this one is big, it takes about a month to redirect your thinking. This is a proven fact, you can Google that and get more information. What that means to you is force yourself to think happy and optomistic thoughts all day long for a month. Force yourself to smile all the time. After a month of it (and it will suck at times) you will actually belive it and become that way. One trait "My Popular" has is he loves live. Once you love life, chances of being popular is coming or at least increased. So when you have bad think, think about the good in it. "That really sucks, at least I learned from it so it wont happen again." or "It's raining, good it's was kinda hot and now I don't have to water the flowers."
Third, the basic human worries about the little stuff, just divert your attention to something else. Act like you have ADD. "My car was robbed, now I have no stereo... oooo, look at the cute kitten." That sounds really bad, but it works. As long as you think of solutions for the problems, evetually. Let the robbery thing cool off. Then give yourself 5 minutes every now and then to think of solutions, not the problem. "If I buy a new one then it's just going to get stolen again. Why Bother?"-Bad thinking. "Save up a little longer and get one with a removable face plate. Then lock the face plate in the glove compartment. Save up a little longer and get the alarm system, too."-Good thinking.

Whatever you do don't kill yourself. It's unnatural and makes people sad and even more confused about life.
And as for being confused about life. Life itself ain't that confusing. It's the things that some people do with life thats damn confusing.
Also, you don't have to be mr i love life and so popular, that's a delusion for delusional people. You don't have to love life. life is life, i don't think i would care whether we love it or not. Honestly you need to see a Doc and just tell him you don't feel content. He'll work through your problems with you and try to determine what can be done to make you feel content again. And after that, join the sas and enjoy!
All the best!
P.s. "Sometimes you feel like your always dreaming" I'm telling you right now, I also do and i bet nearly everyone else does too. Take Care.

It sounds like you're depressed and you need professional help. As far as telepathic powers go, a lot of us have what seems like that I believe it's that part of us that's connected to the Holy Spirit. Have you ever read "Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren. It can bring a lot of clarity into the your purpose in life and give you joy in finding that. I pray you'll find the help you need, you're not alone in the this world, even though you feel like it. God bless.

See a mental professional about these feelings. There may be a simple solution, a complicated one, one that requires medications. But, whatever, do see someone who can help. There are doctor referrals, but also community social service agencies that offer help on a gratis or nominal basis. Don't let anything get in your way to get help.
