I have agirlfriend whom i would like to spend the rest of my life with but i cant do this as an illegal. While in my country i attended the university and i would like to contiune my studies in the states. Can someone tell me the first steps as of today that i need to get a visa? I came here legally two years ago and never left. Im very sorry about this to all the citizens and i do apoplogy but now i want to be a strong member of the U.S.A. What must i do? Please help. My passport is expired and i dont have alot of money. Thank you.

Landlord / Tenant situation. My owner / landlord quit paying his mortgage, maybe even skipped town, can't get him.
I've paid him ahead of time for 2 yrs. over $1,000 per mo.

Last Sat. some female knocked on my door, no appointment,
etc. I do not know who she was. She volunteered nothing about who she was, and threw some papers on the concrete. The paper did not look like a court document, but it gave a vacate in 21 days notice.

Am I about to have all my furniture, computer, personal effects, etc. on the street when I come home one day soon ?

Can I go to the local sheriff's department and find out what is going on ?

What is the process ? Can the mortgage company break in and throw my things out before Oct. 15th, my next rent due date ? I obviously plan to vacate then, but meanwhile cannot sleep or work. I think about this all day trying to work.

I am taking ems classes to become certified by the state of NY. I was told before my class is over in 6 months, I must work in a hospital er for 10 hours. Did any of you do this, and what were you expected to do during this time. I am really nervous about this, I mean ems yes, but I'm no doctor.

I met my girlfriend on eharmony.com, and I've been with her for 3 months now. I don't see anything wrong with it, but she's embarassed to tell people and has been telling her friends and family that one of her friends introduced us. Should I go along with that or should I tell people the truth?

Is meeting people online that way weird? Or a sign of desperation? I don't think so...I found that I met nicer people there than I ever did in years of going to bars and clubs and the like.

Oh, btw, I am 25 and she is 26.

life, which happened mainly at the hands of ' white brits'.

or am i permenantly damaged by that?

its is mainly mental, psychological trauma that ive had to withstand, which i think is more damaging and powerfull.

iam native american and french and came to the uk at 6 from france.

im 30 now and now struggle with bpd as a result of the victimization, abuse and trauma.
and i feel like its done permenant damage because i have very low self esteem to.

all this ive being going through since 16, iam now 30.

my big goal now is to immigrate out of the uk....but im depressed because i feel i'll never do it.

i have a long mental health history to.

so alot has happened to me and i feel permenantly damaged by that.
i feel alone in my sufferering like im the only one who has had it this bad.

so can anyone relate, and does anyone think i can overcome all this to go an achieve my goals in life, which is to leave uk and build a new life?

my son has a horrible cough and slight runny nose, but NO fever. doc wont see him unless he has fever. his cough is so bad, he wont sleep for longer than 20 minutes b/c his cough wakes him up.
do you think if i put a small amount of vapor rub on his chest it would fee better?thanks- 1st time mom here
