"Hurry answer fast!" What does that mean? There is no magical way to slim your hips and thighs when this is obviously genetic. The women in your family just have bigger hips and thighs. There is nothing you can do about that.....except don't ADD to them. Keep yourself at your correct weight. Exercise every day. But there is no way to "spot" reduce with diet. You can walk briskly, run, work out on machines. You can also talk to a trainer and tell them what areas of your body you want to work on and they will give you the correct exercises to do for hips and thighs. But you have to know ahead of time that you cannot get rid of what you have genetically. You can just keep it from getting any worse.

Cut out the junk food, drink plenty of water and walk at least 20 mins. a day. You'll burn more calories faster than you think!. Doing leg-lifts and stretches will slim and tone quickly as well as helping you have even better posture. Good posture is an instant slimmer! Genetics are hard to fight and sometimes we end up a little more 'bootyliscious' than we wish. But even just a little more exercise can help keep the fat away. Good luck! Be Healthy!

Do any cardios you prefer. Anything that make your middle pass quicker and also you sweat. Depending for your degree of health, it might be strolling, strolling or strolling. Bicycling and swimming are excellent too. Make certain you hot up for the primary five mins (and also you settle down for the final five), then you definately do 20 mins after which after that, your frame begins to get the image that you simply could to this for a whilst so it switches from sugar reserves to fats reserves. This is what you wish...to make use of your fats reserves. If you wish to get even a higher and simpler aerobic exercise, you could wish to get extra force on your muscle tissue. I use the Thigh Master for my internal thighs, part leg lifts for my outer thighs, butt/hip extensions and again leg lifts for my butt and hips.

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

if it's genetic, there may be little you can do. diet and exercise can reduce them and dressing right can make them look smaller.
