I found this for you on another source.

"An illegal alien does not automatically become a citizen by marrying one. However, certain illegal aliens can get permanent residence status (often called the "green card") by marrying a US citizen. If the person originally entered the United States legally but overstayed his or her visa, than it is possible for him or her to "adjust status" to that of a permanent resident (i.e. get a "green card") if the US citizen fills out a series of petitions including one that proves that the US citizen can financially support the alien. If the alien is illegal because he or she snuck into the United States without any visa or permit, than that person cannot "adjust status" and has to leave the country before obtaining a green card. If the person was illegally in the country for more than a year, than he or she is barred from ever coming back for 10 years (known as the "10-year-bar") The only way to overcome having the 10-year-bar is by the US citizen spouse filing a petition for a waiver of the bar. The petition has to prove that it would cause extreme and exceptional hardship to him or her to move to his or her spouse's country. Only three years after the person has the green card can they apply for citizenship, and they must still be married to the original citizen who got the green card."

Hon you have a long wait ahead of you. You are going to have to go home and do the same steps you did before you came here to begin with. Only now the wait is longer. What about getting married? You used to be able to do that if I remember correctly. And if you have had a long term relationship that can be proved maybe you can do it that way. Unless they changed that law which is very possible. Apology accepted from my end. I know we live in the greatest country in the world and why you would like to stay. Maybe ask some friends you have who are citizens how they did it. Maybe the fact you are already here helps. But maybe not. I am wondering how long your passport has been expired and why you didn't deal with this immediately before it expired. You may have waited too long. Good luck!!

You have a hope, you don't need a ss# to marry her just do it in your local city hall. Find a pro immigrants organization and they have a lot of nice advisors. Don't pay atention to people whitout information, anybody in your situation would do the same thing, illegal immigrants do jobs that most citizens would not do for minimum wage plus the taxes that illegals are paying go to the hands of the retired people so they are suporting disableds and grannys thas something that some US citizens don't know or don't accept because they take everything for granted they don't go through the dificulties that latinamericans do and their arrogance has made them gain a lot of hate. They should look around .

examine George's answer. countless circumstances. it quite is the way it extremely is. hundreds of little ones love movies - so do I. yet that has no longer something to do my means to alter into an actor. the main element is having a extensive expertise, yet having that, then you choose years of coaching and lots extra and many adventure, which you're able to do in Texas, until now there could be any factor in any respect in heading for Hollywood. Even then, your possibility of even dealing with to make a residing as an actor is small - this is an extremely aggressive corporation. maximum actors paintings a 2nd 'frequent' interest just to pay the expenses and might desire to be content cloth with the occasional one-line place in a commercial or B action picture.

The best way would be for you to leave the country and go back to El Salvador.. then your fiance can apply for a marriage visa.

Also, have her apply for you (assuming she has a job and can support you) ..

Althought I like Jesse H's answer above... you may be able to do that.. HOWEVER one caviat.. you need to file the papers BEFORE they issue a deportation notice..

Help yourself. Go back to Mexico (I assume) and apply for legal entry. That is the only way to get our support. The situation is so messed up no-one cares about individual circumstances any longer.

Step 1 - Return to your country of origin.

Go.
You KNEW you were breaking the law and deserve to be deported. If you actually are educated, as you claim, then you should be able to figure out the legal process and follow it.

With a handle like "stinkyrichdad," I've got to think you're faking this to prompt a lot of anti-illegal-immigration feelings. That said, hello? You contact Immigration and Naturalization Services and ask them your options, just like anybody else does.
