The Wiki article for Shout (link below) contains a list of bands that have done covers for Shout. Since you said you're looking for a rock version (and I would guess, a relatively recent one), based on that list I think Disturbed is the cover you're looking for. They titled their version "Shout 2000," which I would imagine was the year they recorded it. Hope that helps!
