My husband and i were watching the 9 11 attacks all over again on msnbc the other nite and my husband said we are taught to believe that if a person commits suicide they are going to hell regardless if they are saved or not.... My question is for all those people that jumped from the burning world trade center towers knowing they were going to die anyway do u believe they are in heaven or in purgatory??? we believe they are in heaven as this was done by satans army and all who died minus the terrorists who committed this act are in heaven even if they were still undecided in their faith... what is your opinons we would like to hear from all ...

what if the community organised themselves to collect the money to pay the road builders to build roads...

what if the road builders gave a community discount considering they were part of the community too?

and the same for other services... would the governing directives then be just a tax burdon?

I am 15. I was in a play lasted about 4.5 months I made a close friend at the play She is 33 She invited me to go on a week-long trip with her back to her hometown which is 340 miles away because for her bday she got tickets to see a big musical there We were also going to go to theme parks, etc and were going to stay at her parent's house She said my parents could talk to her or her parents as much as they'd need to, they could have as much information as they needed I asked my parents, telling them all this About 3 days they told me no but their reason was that they wouldn't be being responsible parents if something happened to me and that they didn't know her well enough but she said she'd do whatever they needed her to do to get to know her and I told them that. I have good judgment, I'm a smart kid, shouldn't that count for anything? Was I totally out-of-line asking? Is there any way I could get them to change their minds? They are so convinced something is going to happen to me.

Who here thinks the Beatles sucked and where the most overrated band ever?
Personally, I hate them. I don't agree with what Mark Chapman did to Lennon, but I also think Lennon was poisoning the world with his lifestyle, and was already walking dead from all of the drugs. I also think not only did they have horrible singing voices, but could not play, and thier words in some songs where retarded.

with bowyer taking the pole today, i was just wondering what everybody thinks about him now..... i read all the answers you all had to say about him and the majority thought he wasnt gonna do to much... so what do you think now??? are your thoughts still the same or do you think with the consistency he has had and rcr help he will prove to be a worthy contender???

After my ex and I had our son a year ago, then we split. It was a nasty breakup for us both. my question is understanding were my ex is coming from. we both happily and willingly agreed to have our son (in fact he insisted that we go thru with it) and now that we slipt my ex doesn' t want to have much to do with our baby. He says it he loves us both and claims he cares for our kid but I don't see it much. could he really be that bitter? we were together for 6 yrs before the baby, I just can't see my self that angry about the situation. I've had a lot of emotions but is that normal please give advice on how to deal with him and his anger.

I ask this because normally I don't see much reason to question a scientific consensus. If the physicist tell me the world is 4.5 billion years old, I will accept it, because I am not an expert, and there are many different lines of evidence confirming this-- and it is the same with evolution. So, do any of the people who oppose evolution on religious grounds, actually consider themselves to be such an expert on the science of biology (not religion) that they can overturn what is a very robust scientific consensus? If you think so, please explain why you reject evolution.
