Papers are virtually worthless. The price of a dog depends on:
-whether the mother and father were shown to their champion titles in the conformation ring
-whether the mother and father achieved any titles in agility, obedience, or field trials
-whether the parents were certified for eyes, hips, and hearts by the vet prior to breeding
-if the puppies will be up to date on shots, worming, and microchipping prior to their sale
Two random dogs mated together without any of that, regardless of whether they have papers or not (papers just say it's a purebred dog, it doesn't indicate worth) are basically worthless. A dog is only worth what you put into it!

You mean Lady and the sire of the litter have their papers or do you mean the parents of Lady have their papers??
I don't know what the puppies are worth.. But you could contact other Fox Terrier breeders to find out what they charge for a puppy.. Since your has not been shown, or has no health testing, you'll have to charge a few hundred dollars less.. But it'll give you a good idea where to start.

If you want to sell them as pedigree you need to register them with your local/national dog society, and get their papers. They will be able to give you advice also on how much etc.
Its also a good idea to take a look at local papers to see how much they are being sold for and look at breeder websites.

I do believe they are going for 300 to 400 $ at the moment. The might be going for a little less, since they arnt as popular as they used to be.
