Ok well i started to eat better and excercise more because i am young and bigger well 5'6 5'7 and around 174 lbs. i am a young teen and since i am bigger i thought that when if i dont do anything now when i am older i will regret it. My biggest inspiration for this was Josh Peck( from nickeloden's drake and josh, and the amanda show). I started to admire him because he used to be very big and he lost all of weight. And he lost over 100 lbs and did over half of it without a trainer. He did it because he thought he would have a healthier life and be a better role model for kids. and he is a role model to me. So anyhow i do around 125/100 crunches a day and eat ALOT less junk and less food in general and ALOT more healthy things lik vegies and fruits. i do an aerobics like thing for a little bit. bassically doing excercises while listning to music. If i keep this up how long do you think it might take me to lose this weight? also what are other excercises that i can do in my room.pls help
