i never eat any fruit now i am making the effort and i have got a craving for apples

You should eat 3 servings of fruit a day, so you should be eating another 11 fruits weekly. But 10 apples is a good start.. Apples are good, but you need some variety.

Brightly coloured fruit like cantelope, peaches, oranges, mango, blueberries, raspberries have more nutrients than white fruit like apples.
