Greyhound bus, you can pack a days worth of food. Walking will take weeks and cost more in food and fines for stealing food. You could always hitch hick, but I wouldn't do it. Too many freaks out there! Good luck Tard!!

Fly Jet Blue from JFK to Buffalo. It's as cheap as the bus and a lot faster
