i dunt watch tv!! i onlee watch marathons of americas next top model, or i watch the seasons of sapranos on dvd, an i watched desparate housewives online, but other than that, i watch none!

I don't really watch TV because I am usually more busy with being online or doing homework. However, the TV is usually always on even if it is on mute. I'd say I ACTUALLY watch about 2 hours a day... a little more on weekends.

holy smokes what a popular question. In my case: wanna share: 0 (zero) hours, & 1 of the biggest differences in my life since I was teenager etc. -- Years ago, when saw "Network", quit TV for 2 years or somethin -- that movie showed (an opinion) how crazy & fake TV is;
in last 3 years, simply in location where normal TV [i.e Antenna] almost impossible without satellite dish or cable -- so learned to live without it --
rent videos when available, & what did someone once say -- The Vast Wasteland?, yep 90% of TV -- advertising & entertainment -- more-or-less Garbage;
as for Internet (Dial-up here -- getting movies nonapplicable), replaced TV-watching to a great extent, & the big diff.: it's interactive, comp. to just WATCHING 'boob tube' --
And: someone once wrote [in usemycomputer.com] that studies show, a person's brain more active during SLEEP (brain activity: REM / dream-cycles etc.) than watching TV!

yeah same here
i only watch tv when a show i want to watch is on
like Desparate housewives, or last comic standing, project runway, the office, ANTM, samurai 7..etc..
but a day.. 0 i'm so busy! so i usually have to Tevo those ^

I generally watch 1-3 hours, depending on what's on. I usually watch on or two 'Simpsons', and any nature show that's interesting. I'm much more of a computer game nerd.

About 80% of my free time is probably spent watching TV. Maybe less when I have a lot of access to the computer.
