It hurts my heart to watch too much of what happened, especially the parts which are more documentary in nature. I know it is a definitive movie in Jewish culture, but it is too difficult to watch from start to finish. Same goes for other Holocaust movies in general.

Well. This is my Senior year in school.
I have a nervous problem and senior year is gonna be all about presentation so we are ready for the "Senior project" which involves a 15 minute presentation. Anyways I want to know how to not care of what people thinks? I always have had this problem in high school for some reason. Like I don't breathe enough when I'm nervous infront of the class. Like I'll read something. For example read a sentence infront of the class I'll start my voice all loud. Then my voice starts to go lower after every word and so on. I don't know how to help myself from not breathing. Anyone can help me? I'd appreciate it.

Is America on autopilot? Is anybody behind the wheel of our economy? I'm not so sure if Americans would have done any worse even if we hadn't elected a President. It just seems as though Bush was elected, sat in the presidents' chair and did nothing while Cheney and buddies at Haliburton and Bush's Oil buddies got rich. The rich and greedy are taking advantage of the poor by taking their homes instead of lowering interest rates where they can afford them. The rich and greedy are taking the contracts in New Orleans to build townhome and masion instead of giving the contracts to the contractors living in New Orleans so that could be back their homes that they lost.

But, when I was being graded for Karate only days ago, a girl of 15 smacked the sensai in the groin. As she was a higher belt than me, I had to wait on the sides for all the higher belts to finish their gradings. As this happened, I heard from the audience behind me - many women (only) laughing and mocking the sensai for not wearing adequate protection (this move was not part of her training, thus effectively she cheated).
When she came to the side - her mom asked "Did you get him where it hurts" in a very smug fashion, and they laughed about it as if it were just a comical scenario.
As I was still in attendance and not just a viewer, I was unable to say anything - but it reminded me of all the claims that women don't take amusement...
So, we see often in our daily lives women laughing & tittering when men are sexually assaulted - they get asked and they deny it - then we see it again the next day...
