Leann Rimes by Miles! One of the greatest singers in the history of Music. One of the most beautiful female singing voices I have ever heard.
None of these girls can ever sing like Leann Rimes
I am surprised you even put Leann Rimes in this list. that is an insult to her.
as for the others:
Britney: world famous pop-star, decent singer.
Lohan: can't sing. a mediocre actress, however.
Paris : trash, no talent whatsoever. she does nothing. she knows nothing. she cannot do anything in the world, she is a waste of human life. deserves to stay in jail for atleast 20 years.
Hill Duff: cant sing. good actress.
Vanessa Carlton: decent singer, great Pianist. talented.
Ashlee Simpson: garbage. cant sing, cant act. a waste.
Avril: doesn't really have a good singing voice, but I d choose her over Paris or Ashlee any day.
Michelle Branch: Good Singer, excellent guitarist, and writes/co-writes her own song. Really talented.

I would probably have to say LeAnn Rimes because she can do 4 octaves and I haven't picked her because she is my favourite. Then I would say Vanessa Carlton and Michelle Branch as they both have strong voices and can hold a nice tune. Finally, I would say Hilary Duff because she can do more than 3 octaves, can hold a tune and is good to listen too.

I am not privy to country music, however if I had to choose only one from the list purely on singing talent I would have to choose LeAnn Rimes hands down.

None of these people are singers. Some are entertainers, and that's being generous. Some are famous for self-indulgent behavior. And all are pseudo celebrities

Avril, her songs are the most popular and her songs appears in most pop or biggest hits stations. The others not that much, ever since their music is ranging from haven't heard any new songs yet to some good songs, but I think it's okay. I still like one of her songs from years ago that is Complicated.
