No, some people do not seem to have a conscience

Conscience is the inward check of right and wrong that everyone is born with. The more you ignore your conscience and do what you inwardly feel to be wrong the weaker and weaker your ability to detect what your conscience says becomes. I believe in absolute truth and that there is one set of morals for everyone- regardless of culture, ethnicity, prosperity, and social standing making everyone equal. Some have gone against their consciences so much that it is hardly even noticed. Others deny absolute truth because if they didn't they would know that they had done wrong and would ultimately have to pay the consequences for their actions, and change their lifestyles now.
If you feel guilty you are guilty

Conscience is a filter....it is our guage for what is right and wrong. Those without conscience often emerge as serial killers...so I would define conscience as a necessary part of being human! Without a conscience, we revert to less than animalistic behavior....Peace.

Conscience is a persons inner thought that governs what they think is right and wrong.
A conscience can cause you to feel regret of some bad action.

People consciences must be properly trained and maintained.

1Timothy 1:19 ¨holding faith and a good conscience , which some have thrust aside and have experienced shipwreck concerning their faith¨

So it is vital to have a good Bible based conscience , or else we will , as it says there , 'experienced shipwreck' concerning our faith.

A true Christian will have a good conscience , and not practice bad things.

Conscience is exemplified when one has concerns about themselves and others. Usually conscience plays out when one weighs out very intelligently, how to benefit themselves and others. Many times, conscience will stop you from doing things that you shouldn't be involved with. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

No. Different people have different levels of conscienciousness.

I think conscience is remorse felt when you do something wrong, hurt someone, or even in not doing what you think you should have. Conscience is being aware of your surroundings, people around you, and who you affect.

I think some people feel remorse right away for things they've done wrong. Others may never really feel total remorse for wrongs done. And some are in the middle.

May God Bless All who respond. In the name of Jesus Christ, My Lord, I pray. Amen

My answer may well be that atheists do certainly have an self reliant 'ethical compass'... and so do non secular people. (to 3 quantity the path this 'compass' factors relies upon on how the guy replaced into suggested, yet i think of maximum people have quicker or later of their lives grew to become their back on their friends and suggested "it incredibly is incorrect", or "there isn't any longer something incorrect with that".) yet then i'm an atheist and you're probably non secular, so which you will disagree for sure. you may look at what's happening in the worldwide and in society. i think it incredibly is the data you're finding for. Religions do tend to supply some form of ethical framework which will nicely be sturdy to hang to once you're in worry say in penitentiary or kicking a habit, yet it incredibly is as much as the guy quite than the faith. on the different hand, if somebody chooses to curl a faith to justify an evil deed, it isn't the faith's fault. Being non secular or no longer has no bearing on despite if one is sturdy or evil.

I think conscience is the same for everyone. Its a tricky biological/social device, but basically it comes down to that fact that you feel bad when you hurt others. You remember that everytime you are about to do something harmful, hence the twinge of guilt.
