"Sorry, man - I had a fifty-fifty shot on this. Wouldn't you have a better success rate if you made things a bit more obvious? After all, we're not ALL omnipotent like you, you know..."

sup .
let's see , hmm , i personally think there's 2 possibility if there's any judgement at all.
the first one would be that God will just give you your account of life , say how much you sin , how many times you are given choice yet you reject , and then he will say you will go to hell .
you wouldnt be allowed to speak either since it's pointless as whatever you said wouldnt save you at all.
2nd possibility would be that the God is truly loving , ask for your reasons for the choice you made . i believe god doesnt just peek into future 24 - 7.
and if you satisfied him somehow , possibly he could forgive you .
personally i think 2nd possibility is more logical. what is the use of judging when defendant arent allowed to make any speech and a straight route to hell ? i mean seriously. it;s like someone going to the court and the 1st and only thing they hear is ' you are guility '

"oops!".....
How about you dont get in that predicement.... I believe atheists are truly question askers-who want deeper knowledge and proof. Why not start reading up on bible apologetics & alternate views on evolutionary teachings (answersingenesis is a great site). A truly smart person reads both sides of the argument. You might be challenged OR it may further confirm what you (dont ) believe in. Just a thought.

"Ever thought of changing tact a little? You know, like, a new sales pitch? A bit less on the vengeance side of things? A bit more on the compassion side of things? And try cutting down on the threat/bribe hell/heaven tactics. For Yours Sake - you sound like a school bully when you come out with that garbage."

I guess it would be like an old Jimmy Stewart movie and we would toss around the philosophical ball of atheism vrs. theism. We'd strike it off so well that God would give me an eternal townhouse with a view of the pool.

"I literally could not believe in you. You know what was in my heart, right? And so you know that I couldn't believe in a god even if I wanted to because the concept is logically impossible. Even now I doubt that this is real. I won't be surprised in the least if I wake up in a psych ward with an IV in my arm and a nurse supervising me 24/7. So... do what you will because I certainly can't stop you."

I'd ask for an explanation of the ultimate theory of everything, including how it prescribes the values of the fundamental physical constants. Einstein spent the last years of his life working on this, and never got an answer, and neither has anyone else.

Well considering any mortal that views Yahweh directly is instantly burnt to dust, I guess I'm toast.

I am not an atheist. But I assume they would say 'oops, I was wrong and ask forgiveness.' Then God would forgive and say, 'Well, I should have proved myself, I can't expect everyone to be forced into limited thinking.' Then they don't have to be judged because they have lived honestly vs. so called Christians and other faiths who live under secrecy and fear of sinning. They hide all of their inadequacies and fake most of their goodness all week, then go to church on Sunday and think they are sinless. Atheists are good without being scared into it so this would prove that most of them are somewhat better than fake religious people. I believe in God but not christianity.
