all this stuff out. My husband used to do all that. I never paid attention. Now I need to learn about Septics/with a grabage desposils. And how does a sumpump work? Are they tied together somehow? Any info would help, also how much does it cost to have your septic cleaned out . Do you do that? So confused.. Thanks Ytsirk

And to make their "sacrements" and etc. real and verifiable? For instance, the shahada, in the opinion of some Muslim "scholars", is not legit unless said in Arabic. Also, the koran (quran, whatever) is not a "real" koran unless it is in Arabic. There is no adhan in English or any other language that I have ever heard, and I have been around the world.


But, Chinese Christians pray in Chinese. Finnish Hindus can easily grab a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in Finnish. I have never heard of their worship being invalid.

I understand that all electrical devices will draw a certain amount of current. For instance a given device that draws .15A at 120v consumes 18W. What I don't get is how to equate this to usage over time. Is that 18W for one second? One hour? One cycle? Certain that this is documented somewhere but I sure can't find it.

Once I know this I can equate this to all the devices in my house and get a better handle on my electricity usage.

What kind of chili (or pepper) is used in "green chili" recipes?

When you get a can of green chiles, the ingredients just say "chopped green chiles", but I've never seen anything in the produce section that just says "green chili".

So is it a bell, serano, jalapeno, pablano, or something else?

i am a big fan of tim burton and his work. my favourites are the nightmare before christmas corpse bride edward scissorhands and all the other films. I especcially like the movies where he works with danny elffman- a great composer. I like these movies so much that i want to decorate my roon the style that they are in. But the problem is that i live in bulgaria and i haven't seen any things with the characters from the movies on them. So i'll have to improvise. PLease tell me some cool ideas on how to decorate my room by the styles the movies are. Oh and i'm 14 so they musn't be very expencive. :)

I don't want Tivo or Direct TV or the one from my cable provider. I'm looking for a DVR that I can set up myself to record programs at given times just like a VCR. I don't need some company recording programs for me. I also do not want a used unit. I don't need something that will record 180 hours. I have about three shows per day to record and then they would get deleted right after being watched. I'm just looking for something simple that would be an upgrade to a VCR. I've tried to find info on the web, but so far just keep coming up with Tivos, Direct TV, cable providers, and DVD recorders.

Is there anything out there like what I'm looking for?

Last month we got new neighbors on our block. They live right across the street from me. First they never cut their grass so it's just growing higher and higher. They NEVER watch their kids. Everytime I try to pullout my drive way they are playing in the middle of the street or they left their bikes and toys in the street. They blast music at all kinds of hours. They have alcohol bottles on the sidewalks. They have cars parked infront of my house sometimes and yes we approached them. They even got a violation but that has changed nothing. I will not move because we own the house and the neighbor would be good if it weren't for them. What actions should I take next?

I am 26 and have never been to the gynecologist. I have also never been sexually active, and never had any problems. I have recently been having problems with my menstrual cycle though, and want to set up an appt, and I will.

The thing is, I am scared, not just of the doctor visit but that the dr. will scold me for never getting checked anyway. I know that this sounds childish but I have always been that way about doctors and medicine and such. Luckily, I have never been a sickly person.

I definitely plan to go to the doctor and start getting checkups. I just wanted to know if it is that uncommon that women wait long after they are 18 to go to the gyno. It is bad, what should I expect?
