I would go with Seattle as a definite win. They are playing Tampa Bay (TB). TB has a lot of problems at offense and can't seem to score. If you can't score, you can't win. Their defense is their best part of the team but when they stay on the field the whole game they break down and let up big plays.

Assuming by "fantasy," you're talking about a pick 'em league, the general fan consensus is that the Seahawks are the biggest lock, with 88.9% of fans picking them over the Buccaneers. The Steelers are the second biggest favorites, with 85.7% picking them, the Patriots over the Jets are 3rd, with 84.1% and the Chargers #4, with 80.9% of fans picking them over the Bears.
Of these four games, I'd stay away from the Seahakws/Buccaneers game, as off-season changes have given these teams a lot of "unknown quantities" to factor in. The Steelers seem a relatively safe bet, as the Browns are simply not a great team and I think the Pats are a solid one, too, as the Jets, with their o-line issues and a hideous run '06 defense that hasn't been improved, simply were not as good last year as their record indicates.
The problem is both the Steelers and Pats are on the road, and week #1 can be very unpredictable -- I'd feel safe betting on a home team this week.
That leaves the Chargers/Bears, which I think is the best pick of the week. The Bears may have made the Superbowl last season, but they might not even have made the playoffs in the NFC. At their best, their defense last season was very difficult to pass on, but more susceptible to the run. LT is probably the most consistent offensive force in the NFL today, and he will be able to run on the Bears. Meanwhile, the Chargers' defense sports a lethal pass rush, and thrives off of forcing quarterbacks into mistakes. This is a nightmare match-up for Rex Grossman, and I'd be surprised if he didn't turn over the ball a few times.
I don't see the Chargers losing this one at home.

Steelers are historically slow starters, but that was with BC at the helm...I think they're a lock, and I'm starting Santonio over TJ Houshamama this week.

If you are talking about a straight pick'em league...then yes Pitt is a great choice this week. But if must pick by spread...then I am not so sure.
