I'm 23 and I make about $30,000 a year. The house I want only costs $55,000. The seller is paying closing costs and a 3% down payment for me. I am self employed but have my tax returns for the last four years and pay stubs for the last four years as well. Since I write so much off, my taxes say I make much less, so I'm worried that is going to be a problem. I have a credit score of 635. I'm so nervous here waiting for the lender to call me back.. what do you think my odds are of getting the loan approved?

I was informed by my childs psychologist that my 8 year olds IQ is 111 this test was performed over a year ago and has never really been discussed with me, my son also has autistic spectrum disorder and A.d.h.d so if he didn't have these conditions would it be higher?? He has just been admitted to a special school as he struggled socially at mainsteam and at an Autism base as they struggled with his a.d.h.d and was only there 5 weeks!!! He's been the happiest ever at this special needs school and comes home every day beaming!! Any way sorry to ramble OH and nice answers only please!!!!!

Hi- I have a 4 year old son, and recently (2 weeks ago) came off the depo shot to "see what happens". I have heard that it can take up to a year to get prego, but as of 5 days ago, my back is killing me, I feel dizzy and I have the slightest inclination to barf each morning for the last 2 days. As of 3 days ago, it occured to me that I'm craving the exact same foods that I did with my son, and I keep wondering if I am coming down with a cold. My tummy is uncomfortable,and bloated and with unusual cramps. Since I have not had a period in 4 years I wonder if my body is simply readjusting, or if I COULD BE PREGNANT already? I don't feel like myself at all, and I believe I might be manifesting baby symptoms, but I am missing the sore breasts....I remember that was my biggest symptom with my first pregnancy--what do you all think?

He paints them on walls and sidewalks outside. I know there is one that looks like a giant hole in the ground and people are falling. I can't think of any he does on walls but he makes paintings that look like you could actually fall into them. Sorry if I can't describe it very well. This play that I'm doing requires practice Monday thru Thursday. From the very beginning, they knew that I couldn't come on Wednesday because I go to church/bible study on Wednesday. Everyone doesn't seen to have a problem with it except for one lady. She keeps trying to get me to come to practice on Wednesday's, and she gave me another part and told me how the director really likes the work that I'm doing and that at first she wasn't sure about me but now she's convinced. I think she was just trying bribe me but who knows. But I told her that I would start coming on Wednesday's but then I changed my mind. So how can I tell the lady that I don't want to miss bible study on Wednesday's in a nice way?

That we can choose whatever we want and nothing causes our decisions, cause if something causes our decision.. than we were not truly free to make it.

Advertising (commercial) has been proven to work, conciously or subconciously we all fall for it, so these companies have made us make a decision to buy them... their advietisments caused us to buy their products so we were not truly free. Can someone else affect your free will.

I am 39 run at 7.5 /miles (10 kph) for 1/2 an hour and five sets of 60 reps multi gym total 240 six times a week. I am just recovering from a cycling accident.
I am taking a extreme bulid recover and creatine 30 min before and after. But I am getting legs cramps and feel bloated? Am a working out to hard or for too long? Should I switch alternate the cardio with the weights?

Not only is he purposefully insulting the military, insulting their leader...Patraeus...someone HE voted for, BTW, but he is also contradicting what the Dems have said they want all along...an Iraqi populace that is taking control of its own fate.

Schumer is absolutely beneath contempt. He and his ilk can't stand the thought of the military actually succeeding in Iraq.

a week ago i took a home preg test (first response) because i havent had my period yet. it was neg. i went to the doc bc they had to run other lab work on me to test my hormones and stuff they went ahead and did a preg test (thru taking my blood) and im still waiting to find out my results..is it possible that it could be a positive since my home preg. test showed a negative?

Something is worng with my copy and paste.

When I try to copy a formula from one cell and apply it to another it doesn't work. I get the same number from the original cell instead of the corresponding sum. I don't know what the problem is. Also I've tried doing it by special paste too.

Hitler said "how fortunate for those in power that people do not think." In current age of celebrity gossip and reality tv the apathy of the nation is obvious. But we have failed to heed the warnings and chart the triumphs of past.

Speaking historically, not only do we look like Germany in January of 1933 (a great people striving to reclaim their former glory), but the United States looks exactly like the Roman Empire just before it fell (outsourcing, illegal immigration, war between the Tigris and the Euphrates, a people divided, etc.). These are scary times we live in my friends. There seems that there is only 3 outcomes left.

1. Perserve the Republic and lose the empire (our dominance as Britain did after WWII)
2. Keep the empire and lose the republic (as Rome did under Augustus and Germany under Hitler)
3. Implode by doing neither.

Is this realistic? Is history repeating itself yet again? Or am I simply paranoid having read too much Edward Gibbon?
