100lb=100x0.453kg=45.3kg
15x45.3=679.5mg amoxicillin per day
679.5x7days=4756.5mg=4.7565 g amoxicillin

First, there's a technical problem with your question: you didn't give the frequency.
Second, there's some difficulty in telling you what you really want to know, because we don't know the motivation behind your question.
Standard-dose amoxicillin is generally considered to be 40-50 mg/kg/day, so let's assume you meant 15 mg/kg three times a day, very routine. If you're doing this as a question for nursing school, you can round to 675 mg for 21 doses with those assumptions, leaving you with a total dose of right at 14 grams and an instructor who won't be disappointed.
In the real world, a hundred pound patient can bloody well take capsules, and there's no point in silly doses of 2 1/2 tsp of 250 mg/tsp liquid. You'll just give a larger dose of 500 mg tid because that's the simplest way to use what's readily available, and the extra isn't going to hurt anything. I'll leave it to you to think through how you can rework your question; I'm sure you can come up with the answer on your own from here.

Assuming 15 mg/kg per day everyday for 7 days.
(15 mg/kg) * 7 days = 105 mg / kg
100 lbs / (2.205 lbs/kg) = 45.35 kg
45.35 kg x 105 mg/kg = 4761.75 mg/7 days or
680.25 mg/day
Please state your question more clearly. Many assumptions can be made. Is it 15 mg/kg total for 7 days?
