Ok, there are several ways to do this. The easiest is to learn the keyboard short-cuts. Control X is "cut", control C is copy, control V is paste. Then you can right click, or go to the EDIT button on the top of your tool-bar. Try any one of those. It also matters if you have a PC or a Mac. Good luck.

Copy is the key combo Ctrl+C
Paste is the key combo Ctrl+V
Cut is the key combo Ctrl+X

Also as mentioned before all of these commands are found in the "Edit" menu of most programs, to get to the edit menu use the key combo Alt+E

Hope this helps

Right click your mouse and move it over the area you want to copy. It will turn blue, then left click choose copy or cut & move your mouse to where you want it to be pasted, left click again and choose paste. Sometimes you can save it your pictures then add it as an attachment.
