I've got a 4250 Printer buttons of the control panel aren't work(panel shows Ready state).

To test the panel buttons actually function, turn printer off, hold the green button and power on.
If it goes to diagnostic mode, teh buttons actually work (or the green one) test arrows now too.
If it doesn't the panel is possibly disconnected, althoughthis would test to result in no display.
I assume you have powered off and on with no change. Removing the control panel is not difficult but fidly, as you need to take entire top off, and this is a read fiddle to replace until you know how.

try uninstalling and reinstalling maybe there theres a part of a programme missing if cant find ther driver to it can find it on driver.com
