Im basically a plant serial killer. I dont mean to but I get them and they do good for a while, and then pretty soon they all die on me. What can I do to keep my plants alive and healthy??

(I'm really wanting to keep these new plants alive, theyre soooo cool, they have big black leaves with pink lines all over them....I've never seen anything like it before so I'm trying to take extra good care of them)

I'm wondering, because I've been feeling like the Army is my calling for a long time..Like since I was 13.
I'm now 17 and seriously considering enlisting shortly after my 18th birthday.
My cousin was in the USMC, and he said that he thinks it's smart for me to go into the Army if I feel strongly that I want to enlist in the Military.
He warned me that, even if I go into the Reserves, I'll probably be called to active duty shortly, and I'll have to go to the Middle East, most likely.
So, do you think that the Army is a good branch for me to go into?

How can the universe NEVER ever stop? If it truly is infinate, then doesn't there HAVE to be other complex life forms out there, most likely more complex then humans? im 16, 10th grade. most say 10 or 11. FORGET about 9 hours of sleep. adults sleep 6 hours normally 11-5am id imagine. but i mean idk how much is enough besides 9 hours id have to go to bed at 9 so forget that. is 11pm good to hit the sack, btw i wake up at 6 to get ready for school.

He has a boil/wart/growth on the very end of his tail. It looks like a hemmoroid but its on his tail, not as butt. He is a yorkie so he has a very short tail, and all the way on the end is like a tic tac. Its a really full boil/growth that looks like it has some liquid inside of it. I want to pop it just because I think he's in pain and I think it will stay that way until he pops it with his teeth while licking it, or biting it.

Should I heat a safety pin and pop it, then disinfect it with some alcohol and piroxide ? or should I wait to see if it goes away, or should I bring him to the vet, which will undoubtely cost me 150 dollars or more for them to tell me what it is, and for them to pretty much pop it and do the same thing I would do. Thank you.
