im almost bankrupt and i seriously need to get out of paying any taxes. i was thinking about starting my own church, but then i decided that was just too much work. is there a way i can just subside on welfare?? that would be cool since i would be able to play WoW all day without my mom telling me i need a job.

Don't do the taxed activity. So, for the income tax, don't have any income. For the sales tax, don't buy anything. Etc.

There are no loopholes for tax evasion. Tax evasion is a crime, by definition.
Thankfully as you live with mommie you can't collect welfare. Clinton fixed that -- and folks claim that Dems want to give away the store. LOL!
What you seriously need to do is get your head out of your anus and get on your feet financially and stop wasting time playing WoW. The Tax Man ALWAYS gets his cut FIRST. Filing BK won't change that, so don't waste your time.

the best loophole ? The place on the jail door where the key goes in. Once inside, it is your only way out. Tax EVASION is a federal crime, and the IRS has NO sense of humor. Tax AVOIDANCE is legal, but it means using actual parts of the law to pay the least tax, not breaking the law to pay none.

You know you could simply change employers that you are working for. It usually takes the IRS 4-6 months to find you to make you pay back taxes. When you fill out your W-2 at work file as many dependants as you want and then your taxes taken out of your check are minimal.
